For over thirty years, Marlin has been a leader in the fundraising community serving the needs of both large national organizations and local special interests.
Each year, Marlin is proud to conduct over 500 live events raising over $1,000,000 for various worthy causes. In the interest of maintaining its quality service to the fundraising community, the company continues to think creatively and to develop new and exciting concepts that are as enjoyable as they are entertaining and rewarding. With years of experience and successful partnership in the fundraising sector, Marlin is reaching out beyond its traditional channels of raising funds and adding new components to help satisfy its clients' needs and goals. New alliances are being coordinated, new media is being developed and new products and services are being added to its roster of fundraising tools.

With Marlin on board, you have a partner from start to finish. From day one, we provide a single team member to work with you to coordinate your auction event throughout your organization - whether it be a single site or a multi-state endeavor. Together, we will develop a cohesive strategic plan to choose auction or event formats to maximize your fundraising effort across the board.
A fundraising partnership with Marlin extends well beyond the confines of a single event. Becoming part of the Marlin community enables your organization, its chapters and/or employees the opportunity to fund raise all year long when they want, when they can, all year through; at little or no cost to you.
Marlin's auction services begin well before the actual event. From the moment a date is set, we provide strategic development and a single contact that works with each organization's event committee to help maximize auction attendance and tailor the artwork to the specific needs of any particular group.
Marlin provides the entire auction event and ensures that its coordination will be as carefree as possible. We provide all artwork, an experienced staff and print at our own cost all auction materials including tickets, mailers and catalogues in reasonable quantities. Additional catalogue pages are made available for local advertisements to generate additional revenue - just send us the camera-ready ads. All we ask of any particular organization is a room large enough for the event, a group of enthusiastic volunteers, and minimum attendance. In return, Marlin guarantees money will be raised from the sale regardless of how much or how little art is sold.
Auctions On Site
Few fundraising events can match the excitement of a Marlin live auction. To see one of our highly skilled auctioneers guide an audience through this exciting piece of entertainment is like watching a highly skilled conductor swing his baton and leave his audience breathless.
Each event is specifically crafted to work well with the demographic profile of any organization. From the moment an agreement is forged, Marlin introduces thechair peoplee or individuals in charge of the fund raiser to one of our event planners who will guide every step toward the successful execution of the event. Throughout the process our team member will provide valuable information and suggestions for possibly adding goods and/or services to the event to maximize the funds raised for the organization's cause.
Marlin understands that there is more to an auction than merely supplying fine art, assorted items and a skilled auctioneer. Many organizations incorporate an auction as part of a grander event. Whatever the event planning needs, Marlin can help every step of the way. Whether your organization requires help designing a full scale event or locating celebrity entertainers, lecturers or various other forms of entertainment including golf outings, performing arts companies, mystery theatre, etc., Marlin and its team of event planning professionals can be your resource.
Marlin's Giving Gallery is a great way for any fundraising concern to raise funds. It is a first rate online gallery for decorative and collectible framed fine art and assorted items. It will give customers direct access to our exciting and diverse collections at substantial savings everyday, any time, day or night.
The Giving Gallery incorporates its own specially designed search engine to assist in locating the exact piece of art to satisfy any customer's needs. Search by artist, subject, medium, style, and/or room ... simply set the parameters and the Giving Gallery will do the rest.
The Giving Gallery offers fundraising organizations the opportunity to fund raise all year long. A group simply must agree to sponsor either an on site or online auction, and its members will immediately be given fundraising access to the e-commerce site.
What this means is that for every piece of art purchased online, a mutually agreed percentage of the sale price will automatically be held in an account for the organization and paid to it according to some agreed time table or at the completion of the actual auction. The organization will be able to view the account value at any time via a private password that is theirs alone. With the Giving Gallery, an organization will have the ability to raise money days or months prior to and after the actual event.
