ARTIST INFORMATION
The image is a painting by Paul Ruppert, a Canadian painter born in Ottawa, Ontario, in 1946. He received his art training at The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and Concordia University. Ruppert was known for his portraits and golf landscapes and passed away in Montreal, Quebec, in 2013. His work is recognized for its distinctive palette and the interplay of light and shadow, particularly in his woodland landscapes.
